Description

These hardwood screens are constructed with round edge 35 X 9 mm mixed Malaysian hardwood slats. The backing slats are positioned at every 300 mm and secured with a staple in each join. The gap between each slat is approx. 8mm, which makes this product compliant with both:

Recommendation

This profile of screening is made with different species of hardwood and there is a light stain applied over the panels. Some of our customers choose to leave the panels as is others will stain or paint over them. These screens are more durable than traditional treated pine screens as they have fewer defects, are less prone to twisting and are more durable.

Applications

These screens can be used to decorate or cover up old existing fences or to extend the height of them. You could screen off an existing fence by attaching the panels directly onto that fence or by creating a new framework in front of the existing fence.
These screens are great for creating a feature wall when the panels are spaced out or they can make a great vertical fence line when the panels are pushed together so that the join between panels is hidden.
